Our high quality pearl jewelry should meet or exceed your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return the item in the original condition within 90 days for a full refund or exchange.

You may return an item for refund or replacement within 90 days of the shipment date. Items that have been customized per customer request may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, this does not apply to regularly stocked items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. All returns must be accompanied by your billing name, address, order number and reason for return. Once we receive the returned package, you should expect your return processed within one week.

Please note that all returns must be in their original condition and packaging upon return.
